So, over the past several weeks you've managed to begin eating healthier, exercising more, and avoiding the snacking at night. Now, you might be asking yourself "how can I keep this weight off?" Well, I've got some suggestions for you:
First, weigh yourself every day. the act of doing this allows you to get into a daily routine, as well as allows you to see what progress you made or lost lost to depending on your habits. Remember, do this at the same time wearing the same amount of clothes every day, what you're doing is changing your behavior based on what you see on the scale.
Second, you might consider changing your fitness routine. We all know, that regular exercise is key to achieving a maintaining a healthy weight and lifestyle. However, this doesn't mean that you need to do the exact same exercises every single day at the same time. That in itself can get very boring. And when that happens, you are less likely to stick to your plan of exercise. So, what you can do, is introduce new exercise. Maybe once or twice a week. Change up your routine just a little bit and you'll have an easier time keeping going.
Make sure, that your friends and family are supportive. Very simply, let your friends know about healthy choices you are trying to make in your life and ask them to help you out. For instance, if a friend to suggest that you go to for cake and coffee, suggest to them that instead you go out for juice and and a fruit bowl.
